In this role, you will: Managing end-to-end processes specific to the core tasks, including compliance, improvements, internal documentation. Support activities linked to defined processes within Banking Operations including regulatory requirements, and risk controls including support incoming legal requests. Coordinating with other operational teams and internal stakeholders, in order to align and set-up cross-team processes as well as improve the quality of services delivered to our customers. Participating in training preparation and delivery for our external partners. These include assisting the external partners in the day to day by providing answers and support on the handling of complex cases. Maintaining internal documentation and ensuring they are up to date in order to stay compliant and minimise risk of audit findings.
