Public call for tenders CiMUS 22/2025 for the recruitment of research and research support staff in the framework of CiMUS R+D+I activities and programmesThe Gene Regulatory Control in Disease Group focuses on understanding gene expression regulation, a fundamental process determining cell behavior. By combining experimental and computational methods, the group investigates how gene expression is controlled in both developmental and pathological contexts. The team studies transcriptional, translational, and post‑translational mechanisms with a particular focus on nerve disorders, liver diseases, and cancer. Their work contributes to advancing the understanding of gene expression control and its implications in health and disease.Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Santiago de Compostela within the framework of CiMUS R+D+I activities and programmes. The role involves conducting research activities, contributing to ongoing projects, analyzing data, and supporting R+D+I initiatives. The selected candidate will collaborate within a diverse and interdisciplinary team to advance the group’s objectives in studying gene regulatory control in disease.Topic: Obtaining professional research practice in Biological and molecular analysis of ZFHX4 function in malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors.Contract ConditionsGross monthly remuneration: €1,189,80.
