We are looking for a colleague who likes the IT world, loves to communicate with people, is not afraid of new challenges and prefers to work in an informal working environment.Deine Aufgaben / your missionParticipation in various forms of recruitment (staff augmentation, mass recruitment, headhunting, and others)Searching SAP experts for our open SAP projects (our end-clients are renowned European clients)Conducting phone/online and personal interviews with potential candidates in Czech or in English/German languagesUpdating and creating Job Descriptions and subsequent publication on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn) and our websitePlacing advertisements of new job vacancies (job portals)Drawing up reports at regular intervalsBeing part of the Czech/Slovak/Polish/Bulgarian/German/Romanian recruitment teamExperience in leading a team is an advantageProactive creation of the network of SAP specialists in the Czech RepublicActive work with LinkedIn, Xing, freelancer(s) web portals, etc.Participation in career eventsDein Profil / your profileExperience with IT/SAP recruiting of at least 5 yearsEducation in the field of HR, or in similar fields (e.g., psychology) is an advantageEstablished networking of IT (SAP) specialists (mainly on LinkedIn)English – upper-intermediate (B2), German – an advantageIndependenceProactive and responsible approachTeam workAbility to prioritize and enjoy the achievement of resultsOrganizational talentInterest in new technologiesWarum wir? / why teamative?Work on attractive international and local projectsInternal and external trainingHome-officeUse of English and GermanSupport for training in German and EnglishPleasant professional team with a simple organisational structureWork-life balanceRegular teambuilding activities abroad and in SlovakiaThe provision of extra-standard healthcareMaroš MuchaHead of Recruitment CEESeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman Resources, IT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
