WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE? -Extensive experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant within a lifestyle hotel -A passion for authentic hospitality and storytelling that creates memorable guest experiences -A creative and curious mindset -A motivating and empowering leadership style that thrives in multicultural and energetic teams -Strong communication skills, resilience, and a keen eye for organization and detail -Fluency in English and Spanish, with German as a plus - the more languages, the better WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT? -Strategic & operational placement and management of the new NENI Mallorca Es Trenc restaurant -In charge of smooth daily operations & exceeding our and the NENI Franchises’ high-quality standards, while steadily improving the product & guest experience -Supplier & order management according to the NENI Operations Manual -Conduct job interviews, recruit and train the restaurant team in collaboration with the human resources department. -Be a team leader: hands-on mentality, working schedules, staff-trainings, motivate, escalate -Be a manager: know your numbers & be on top of the game Do you want to become a Bikini ambassador?
