Technical Manager

Job Description: Dé el siguiente paso en su carrera profesional ahora: desplácese hacia abajo para leer la descripción completa del puesto y envíe su solicitud. 1、New product launch support and organize seminars/webinars 2、Pre-sales support, provide good technical solutions to customers 3、Respond the technical questions/requirements from customers 4、Provide technical support to both solar module and ESS 5、Maintain and update the CEC and/or other related product certifications and qualifications to meet Spanish speaking area needs 6、Contract review and technical clause negotiation including warranty, tests, pre-shipment inspection, etc 7、Collaborate with HQ team to find solutions to the technical term deviation and evaluate the related cost 8、Support customer training and CEC/SEC road shows 9、Collaborate with HQ warranty department to resolve product warranty/after-sale issues/complaints 10、Coordinate the order execution including Pre-shipment inspection, 3rd party lab testing, factory audit, manufacturing supervision, etc 11、Competitors' product/offerings analysis Requirements: 1、Bachelor, master degree in business, electrical, power or related fields 2、Familiar with solar module and energy storage products, with the ability to design and provide solutions for integrated product and ESS 3、5 years+ technical supporting xohynlm experience 4、Confident to provide technical speech to clients or public audience 5、Knowledge and/or experiences in PV system design and ESS 6、Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills 7、Positive, self-driven, diligent, can-do attitude and a team player 8、Proficiency both in written and spoken in English; 9、Able to travel on a regular basis and/or abroad in a short notice
