What You'll Be Doing Building Revolut’s brand into a global household name, driving brand consistency and adoption around the world Delivering on Revolut’s brand strategy to increase both brand awareness and brand consideration among different audience categories Collaborating with world-class brand agencies to execute marketing campaigns and activations Building scalable processes to define brand strategy, customer segmentation, and external messaging frameworks Setting a consistently high bar for content quality across all marketing assets and events, and evaluating performance across metrics Consulting local marketing and partnerships on brand execution in their markets What You'll Need Global brand marketing or brand strategy expertise, building awareness of brands that people love A track record of marketing excellence, having led cross-channel marketing campaigns that you designed, implemented, and evaluated Proficiency in defining and analysing metrics to measure campaign success Excellent problem-solving skills, using data to build and constantly improve your marketing strategy Excellent relationship and communication skills to collaborate with external agencies, vendor, and stakeholders Experience managing budgets and delivering cost-efficient solutions in productions Diversity and Inclusion Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
