Responsibilities

• Recommend and implement technological solutions to optimize workflows, using operational and technical insights, while actively managing daily processing.
• Drive improvements in healthcare claims operations, focusing on automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with healthcare, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and procedures.
• Oversee claims processing, ensuring all supporting documents are complete and accurate.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools to ensure data accuracy for hospital bills, procedures, and professional fees.
• Manage claims reimbursement processes for services like maternity, dental, and lab fees, ensuring timely payments.
• Generate comprehensive reports for internal review.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. Preferably Management Engineering, Business Administration, or Accountancy.
• Experience in financial operations, systems integration, or claims management.
• Ability to understand and navigate healthcare claims processes.
• Strong analytical mindset, with a record of enhancing business processes.
• Experience in process automation and system integration, with the ability to work independently.
• Curiosity, results-driven approach, and growth mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
