Insights Manager

Position Summary
The Insights Manager is primarily responsible for the digitization, data management and audit, and e-commerce optimization of the company.
He/She will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and shall be in close coordination with the BU Heads and Operations.
He/She will also work with the Knowledge & Insight Team to ensure that the IT Strategy and Digitization Efforts are executed well.
Responsibilities / Duties:
DATA MANAGEMENT

Develop and implement procedures for effective data management and processing for ExSight. Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, timeliness, and legitimacy of data.
Regularly monitor and evaluate information and data systems that could affect analytical results.
Generate and submit data with insights, analysis, or recommendations by visualization reports on projects/platforms to stakeholders.
Ensure digital databases, storage systems, and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses, ensuring that a recovery plan and backup procedures are in place.
Continuously develop data management strategies ensuring that the company is kept abreast with the latest trends and innovations in technology.

E-COMMERCE BUSINESS

In charge of e-commerce performance optimization across all online conversion platforms.
Work closely with Trade Marketing and Brand Performance teams in the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of campaigns online.
Create and recommend courses of action to enable the achievement of campaign conversion-related KPIs.
Lead the analysis of performance results on e-commerce platforms.

IT MANAGEMENT

Analyze AMI Group's current systems and assets, recommend, and implement solutions and upgrades.
Ensure the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, and software used within the company.

MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of management reports.
Advise the GM on all matters affecting all projects under his/her responsibility.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the direct superior from time to time.

Experience: At least 5 years of solid background as a Manager for Insights from a multinational or large local company.
Essential Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions.
Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS to be used for data set analyzing.
Problem-solving skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations.
Team-working skills.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Proven working experience in data analysis.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
