Lighting Artist | North America | Canada | Europe | Fully RemoteWe're looking for a skilled Lighting Artist to join our team and deliver world-class lighting for our current project. We are looking for a candidate who has passion and experience both in the artistry of lighting as well as high level of tech art lighting skills. The ideal candidate has experience lighting a variety of maps, in a variety of levels of stylization. Someone who is proud of their ability to control the atmosphere and mood of the image. This is an opportunity to join a talented, passionate team of developers and artists, playing an integral part in pushing the boundaries on real-time visuals to new levels.What we will do togetherGet the right tone, mood and atmosphere for our gameLit game levels as well as UI experience and cinematicsWork on sky boxes, postprocessesWork on color gradingSet up best practices and work environment and VFX art teamsWork closely with the Lead lighting artist to establish visual targets.Closely work with Tech Artists to have optimal performanceWhat you will bringComprehensive experience working with real-time lighting techniques in the video games industry.Minimum released 1 project with Unreal EngineFundamental understanding of colour and lighting theoriesExperience of lighting stylized realism projectUnderstanding of material authoring in a physically based rendering pipelineProven experience with Color GradingSound knowledge of lighting theoryA comprehensive portfolio, showcasing your artistic skillsBenefitsA generous PTO allowanceSummer and Winter holidays studio closure (separate to PTO allowance)Private Medical & Dental HealthcarePrivate Mental Health schemeA generous annual Health & Wellbeing allowanceDiscretionary Studio BonusTop range tech for your home set upOther benefits based on your regionHow to applyClick apply and complete an application along with a Resume / CV.
