Do you want to be part of a young and experienced team?About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Generalist to work with one of our clients with their People & Culture team in Barcelona. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their HR journey who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment. You will support the day‑to‑day HR team and contribute to key People initiatives across the employee lifecycle.What You’ll DoSupport HR operational tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, relocation processes and employee documentation.Assist in the coordination of employee lifecycle processes in alignment with local labor laws and internal policies.Provide first‑level support to employee queries regarding HR policies, systems, and processes.Support People Partners in performance, engagement, compensation and other employee life‑cycle initiatives/processes.Help maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and ensure data accuracy.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Payroll team as needed.Contribute to process improvements and documentation of internal procedures.What We’re Looking For2–3 years of experience in a similar HR support role, preferably in a tech or fast‑paced environment.Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.Basic understanding of Spanish labor law and HR best practices.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Fluent in English and Spanish.What do we offer you?Flexible Working HoursPersonal CoachingClient Referral ProgramFull working set upPaid leave on your B‑dayTeam Buildings EventsCorporate Events (Summer Event & Xmas Event)Extra holidays (24th and 31st December)You will work with IT recruitment experts who will train you day by day and the possibility of collaborating with the best start‑ups and scale‑ups of the moment.This role is a permanent contract for a 1 year service with a real possibility of extension or internalization.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionHuman Resources and Information TechnologyIndustriesHuman Resources Services and Insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
