As a Meeting planner , you liaise with clients and lead the organization and management of corporate meetings and events through the implementation of strategy, delivery of objectives and execution of logistics. As a Meeting Planner, you will: Be responsible for all project budgets from start to finish Quote RFPs in the entire national territory Operate/coordinate/assist with all kinds of proposals, group events, Congresses and Meetings and Site Inspections throughout Spain Build effective working relationships and maintain regular communication with key individuals from all areas of the business, including emailing to potential clients Continually build relationships with preferred suppliers Maximize client revenue through up selling and promotion of the company’s services.
