You will play a key role in shaping how travelers experience our brand online. You will Create and publish social media content (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube & Facebook). Travel once per trimester (fully covered) to create content for our tours in Spain & Italy. Help manage the social media calendar and assist in planning content. Edit short-form videos, reels, stories, and photos for multiple platforms. Support community management (DMs, comments, reviews). Analyze content performance and suggest improvements. Collaborate with guides, operations teams, and our managers. You can Communicate fluently in English & Spanish (Catalan & Italian is a plus) Capture and edit high-quality content using your phone or camera. Bring fresh ideas and creativity to the team. Work independently with time flexibility. Stay updated with social media trends and technology Adapt quickly while traveling and filming on-site. Your Key KPI & performance Goals Even as an intern or freelancer, your impact matters. Your goals will include: Growth in followers and reach. Engagement and interaction quality.
