From our new office in downtown Barcelona, we market and sell premium furniture through local website brands in the US, UK, and EU, with more than 70,000 happy customers worldwide.We are now looking for an analytics Head of Performance Marketing (Barcelona-based) / Team Lead who will be responsible for mentoring and leading our performance Marketing team, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.The successful candidate will have a business view and understanding of profitability metrics, will ensure that profits are grown before revenue growth reduces margins, and have strong experience within Google Ads & Meta.Job descriptionDay-to-day manage, mentor, and grow a performance marketing team for up to 4 people (two for Meta Ads; two for Google Ads)This role requires a person with strong people and analytics skills;Together with your team and co-founder, manage a yearly budget of ±3 million USD across Google Ads and Meta Ads within the target markets (Online E‑Commerce stores in the US, UK, and EU)Carefully adapt and execute the company's marketing strategyAbility to work structured and confidence in project management tools such as ClickUpHands‑on approach to job tasks: this role requires a candidate with a solid hands‑on approach and a proven track record in hands‑on experience within Google Ads and Meta AdsConduct data analysis and reporting to ensure an accurate
