About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing, Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to take ownership of our digital presence. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role for someone confident in content creation, digital marketing, and brand storytelling, and comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities Create and edit high‑quality photo and video content for social media, website, and marketing materials. Travel with the team to project locations and boat shows to capture content. Manage and grow social media platforms. Plan content calendars and write platform‑appropriate captions. Track performance, analyse engagement, and optimise content. Ensure consistent brand storytelling and visual identity. What We’re Looking For Proven, hands‑on experience in social media management and content creation. Strong photo and video editing skills. Solid understanding of branding, visual communication, and digital platforms. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently. Confident, tech‑savvy, and up‑to‑date with modern digital tools. Tools & Skills SEO and analytics knowledge. Requirements English: fluent / professional proficiency. Demonstrated experience in the skills listed above. Based in Palma de Mallorca & able to work from the office. We Offer Work or freelance contract (depending on experience).
