In this role, you will be the technical anchor for our agile Squads , working side‑by‑side with Data Scientists and Business Product Owners to architect scalable solutions. You will not only oversee what we build but revolutionize how we build it. You will champion an AI‑first development culture , leveraging state‑of‑the‑art Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot) to accelerate coding, automate testing, and push our "ways of working" to market‑leading standards.
