Are you a seasoned semiconductor professional ready to shape the future of ASIC design? We are seeking an experienced Technical Competency Lead with a strong background in the semiconductor industry to define and drive our engineering methodologies and technical strategy on a global scale. As the Technical Competency Lead, you will take ownership of developing and embedding scalable, standardised methodologies that elevate project efficiency, capability and quality. Ensure design methodologies are documented, maintained, and supported with suitable training.Gather feedback from technical and project leads to identify improvement opportunities.Collaborate externally to integrate leading-edge methodologies and IPs into our design approach.Contribute to white papers, technical presentations, and sales support efforts.Lead and mentor methodology engineers and technical consultants.Deep expertise in RTL design and front-end methodologies.¿Listo para inscribirse?
