Start your journey with us Were seeking an experiencedGDSLow Cost Specialistto join our Air Content Team in Barcelona to the team responsible for flight inventory IT supplier relations GDS and aggregators and connectivity both from an operational and strategic point of view Its main goal is to ensure eDreams Odigeo can offer its customers the best flight content in terms of broadness reliability and speed If youre ready to soar were ready to take you there Aspart of the Trading teamyou will help grow the business At eDreams ODIGEO you will be part of a friendly and highly experienced team where you will immediately make meaningful contributions Why eDreams ODIGEO Join the worlds leading travel subscription platform and one of the largest ecommerce businesses in Europe Millions of customers every year across 44 markets 5 brands over 77 million Prime members since launching in 2017More than 100 million searches per day on our websites more than 6 billion AI daily predictions Over 1700 employees More than 60 different nationalities from all continents 99 permanent contracts Were the worlds leading travel subscription platform We pioneered Prime the first and largest travel subscription programme which has topped over 77 million members since launching in 2017 Prime members are subscribed to global travel gaining access to a comprehensive multiproduct offering for all their travel needsincluding hotels rail flights dynamic packages and car rental among others compounded by industryleading flexibility features and exclusive memberonly benefits This entire Prime experience is powered by a proprietary industryleading AI platform that delivers a smarter hyperpersonalised service and comprehensive travel experience globally to its members What you will do: The Roles Key Responsibilities and Tasks We want to recognize our trusted partners who manage our routine flights through Global Distribution Systems GDS as part of daily operations By working closely with key teams across eDreams our mission is not only to maintain these connections but to make them vibrant competitive errorfree and of the highest quality You will be responsible for this: Work with the different teams to monitor and optimize the booking ancillaries and postbooking functionalities tracking bookability conversion errors and overall performance of regular airlines Analyze data to detect any change of trends in bookings errors as well as finding the root case by detecting patterns Keep the provider engine and the direct integrations up and running with a good performance in terms of connectivity content and bookings Full and complete operational follow up: problem reporting resolution follow up monitoring of benefits Support other functional business units: Monitoring International Ancillaries team Meta and Marketing Finance Claims Customer Services Pricing Competition insights Air Suppliers team Fares team Product and Engineering on provider and direct integration related topics and enhancements Organize attend meetings with our providers coordinate other teams What you need to succeed: Good to have Bring your unique perspective speak up and offer disruptive solutions Youll have the opportunity to learn and grow while making a real impact on our team Heres what you need to succeed: 2 years of work experience in regular flight distribution; Proactive and able to work independently and within a team; Data Driven Rigorous methodical and analytical; GDS experience Amadeus Galileo; Desirable Advanced user of Excel; other BI tools is a plus Data studio Microstrategy SQL etc; Great communications skills and ability to coordinate with and influence colleagues and business partners; High level of English is a must Preferred Qualifications Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini or other AIpowered assistants Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore experiment with and integrate emerging AIdriven solutions into workflows AIEnhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities Whats in it for you?
