Let us tell you more As a Travel Specialist , you will plan, coordinate, and optimize business travel for employees, ensuring efficiency, compliance with corporate travel policies, and cost control. This position serves as a liaison between travelers, service providers, and the finance department to resolve issues and guarantee a smooth and professional travel experience. This position is based at our Barcelona office (Torre Auditori). Key Responsabilities Manage end-to-end bookings for flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel services. Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and optimize travel processes. Coordinate visas, travel insurance, and health requirements in partnership with the Global Mobility team. Resolve travel-related incidents quickly and effectively, providing top-notch support to travelers. Work with corporate booking tools (GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, or platforms like Concur, Egencia, TravelPerk) and maintain accurate travel databases. Keep supplier and frequent traveler records updated for smooth operations. Share travel updates and alerts with internal clients and monitor follow-up actions. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field. Fluency in Spanish and Advanced Level in English (similar to B2-C1). Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.). Proficient in GDS tools and travel management platforms. Strong knowledge of corporate travel policies, cost control, and internal customer service. Experience in organizing and coordinating small-scale meetings and events. Strong organizational and time management skills. Problem-solving under pressure. Effective communication and professional demeanor. Attention to detail and policy compliance.
