Misión del puesto Planificar, coordinar y supervisar la ejecución integral de obras de edificación, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos, costes, calidad y seguridad , actuando como responsable máximo de la obra desde el inicio hasta su entrega. Funciones y responsabilidades Planificación, organización y control de la obra desde el arranque hasta la finalización. Gestión técnica, económica y administrativa del proyecto. Coordinación de subcontratas, proveedores y equipo propio de obra . Control del cumplimiento del planning , presupuesto y certificaciones. Supervisión de la correcta ejecución conforme a proyecto, normativa y estándares de calidad. Control de PRL , seguridad y salud en obra. Interlocución con Dirección Facultativa, Propiedad y organismos externos . Resolución de incidencias técnicas y toma de decisiones en obra. Elaboración de informes de seguimiento y reporting a dirección. Requisitos Formación en Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería de la Edificación, Ingeniería Civil o similar. Experiencia mínima de 3–5 años como Jefe/a de Obra en edificación . Experiencia en obras residenciales (vivienda colectiva, unifamiliar) y/o terciario. Conocimientos sólidos en: Planificación de obra Control de costes Gestión de subcontratas Normativa técnica y PRL Manejo de herramientas como Presto, MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel (valorable BIM). Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para desplazarse por la provincia.
