We source, transform, and manage residential apartments, holiday rentals, and small hotels in the Valencian area, handling projects end-to-end with our own teams.What you'll do:Project Planning: Develop detailed renovation plans, source materials, and coordinate specialists to ensure smooth progress.Execution Oversight: Read and interpret construction plans, communicate them clearly to onsite teams, and ensure quality execution.Project Delivery: Manage multiple construction teams, guiding them from plans to stunning finished projects.What you are:Qualified architect with 1–3 years experience in architecture or similar role.Motivated to manage entire renovation projects from planning to execution.Fluent in English and Spanish.Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spiritWhat we offer:Competitive salary: approx. €18.00–€19.000 net/year (based on experience and hours).Performance bonus based on project success.22 working days holiday (+ public holidays).International team with high growth potential.An inspiring, fast-paced startup environment.Hands-on experience and personal responsibility on stunning renovation projects. xiphtebTake the next step in your career with us Apply today
