This is a hybrid, high-impact role designed for a digital marketer with strong technical skills and a deep sensitivity for marketing.Your mission is to design, build, and evolve AI-driven marketing systems that scale content production, advertising performance, ICP evolution, and buyer persona intelligence—directly supporting growth, demand generation, and sales enablement.This role is for a builder and experimenter who believes marketing should be automated, measurable, and continuously improving through AI.Your ResponsibilitiesAI Marketing Strategy & AutomationDesign and implement end-to-end AI-powered marketing automation systems.Translate marketing and business goals into scalable automated workflows.Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to enable advanced AI use cases.AI-driven Content AutomationImagesVideosPress releasesBlog postsDefine prompts, quality-control logic, and review workflows.Automate content distribution and publishing across digital channels.AI-driven Advertising & GrowthAutomate advertising campaign management (creation, iteration, optimization).Performance analysisRapid iteration of creatives and copyContinuous funnel optimizationSupport demand generation and growth experimentation initiatives.ICP & Buyer Persona EvolutionIdeal Customer Profile (ICP)Buyer personasAnalyze qualitative and quantitative data from CRM, advertising platforms, and sales feedback.Feed AI-generated insights into marketing and sales processes.Automation Infrastructure & n8n ManagementDesign, build, and maintain complex automation workflows using n8n.Integrate marketing tools, CRMs, advertising platforms, and AI services via APIs and webhooks.Monitor, optimize, and document automation systems for scalability and reliability.Ability to integrate AI and automation workflows directly into website components, landing pages, and marketing touchpoints to enable dynamic, AI-driven user experiences.Ideal ProfileExperience & Marketing SkillsStrong background in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing, or a software developer profile who has evolved into marketing and growth through AI, automation, and data-driven experimentation.Deep understanding of full-funnel strategies, demand generation, and conversion optimization.Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM and lifecycle marketing.Ability to connect marketing activities with sales impact, pipeline, and revenue metrics.Experience working in B2 B Saa S or tech‑driven environments is a strong plus.AI & Automation ExpertiseProven hands‑on experience using AI platforms and tools (LLMs, image / video generation, text‑to‑speech, etc.).Strong skills in prompt engineering, prompt chaining, and AI workflow design.Experience building AI-powered systems for content generation, personalization, and analysis.Ability to evaluate, test, and integrate new AI tools quickly.Understanding of AI limitations, hallucinations, and quality‑control mechanisms.Experience applying AI to real marketing use cases (not only experimentation).Automation & Integration SkillsAdvanced experience designing and managing workflows with n8n.Experience with other automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar tools.Ability to design scalable, fault‑tolerant automation architectures.Experience integrating multiple tools and platforms via APIs and webhooks.Strong analytical mindset to debug, optimize, and document automation systems.Technical SkillsBasic to intermediate proficiency in Java Script.Nice‑to‑have experience with :Python (for scripting, data processing, AI workflows)PHP (for integrations or CMS‑related use cases)Comfortable working with REST APIs, JSON, authentication flows, and webhooks.Familiarity with version control systems (Git / Git Hub) is a plus.Experience building and maintaining website components and marketing pages, with the ability to connect front‑end elements to automation workflows, APIs, and AI services.Data, Analytics & ExperimentationStrong data‑driven mindset with experience in :Marketing analyticsCampaign performance analysisExperiment
