This is a hybrid, high-impact role designed for a digital marketer with strong technical skills and a deep sensitivity for marketing. Your mission is to design, build, and evolve AI-driven marketing systems that scale content production, advertising performance, ICP evolution, and buyer persona intelligence—directly supporting growth, demand generation, and sales enablement. This role is for a builder and experimenter who believes marketing should be automated, measurable, and continuously improving through AI.Your Responsibilities AI Marketing Strategy & Automation Design and implement end-to-end AI-powered marketing automation systems. Translate marketing and business goals into scalable automated workflows. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to enable advanced AI use cases.AI-driven Content Automation Automate AI-based content generation, including: Images Videos Press releases Blog posts Define prompts, quality-control logic, and review workflows. Automate content distribution and publishing across digital channels. AI-driven Advertising & Growth Automate advertising campaign management (creation, iteration, optimization). Leverage AI for: Performance analysis Rapid iteration of creatives and copy Continuous funnel optimization Support demand generation and growth experimentation initiatives. ICP & Buyer Persona Evolution Build AI systems to dynamically evolve: Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Buyer personas Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from CRM, advertising platforms, and sales feedback. Feed AI-generated insights into marketing and sales processes. Automation Infrastructure & n8n ManagementDesign, build, and maintain complex automation workflows usingn8n.Integrate marketing tools, CRMs, advertising platforms, and AI services via APIs and webhooks. Monitor, optimize, and document automation systems for scalability and reliability. Ability to integrate AI and automation workflows directly into website components, landing pages, and marketing touchpoints to enable dynamic, AI-driven user experiences. Ideal Profile Experience & Marketing Skills Strong background in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing, or a software developer profile who has evolved into marketing and growth through AI, automation, and data-driven experimentation. Deep understanding of full-funnel strategies, demand generation, and conversion optimization. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM and lifecycle marketing. Ability to connect marketing activities with sales impact, pipeline, and revenue metrics. Experience working in B2 B Saa S or tech-driven environments is a strong plus. AI & Automation Expertise Proven hands-on experience using AI platforms and tools (LLMs, image/video generation, text-to-speech, etc.). Strong skills in prompt engineering, prompt chaining, and AI workflow design. Experience building AI-powered systems for content generation, personalization, and analysis. Ability to evaluate, test, and integrate new AI tools quickly. Understanding of AI limitations, hallucinations, and quality-control mechanisms. Experience applying AI to real marketing use cases (not only experimentation). Automation & Integration SkillsAdvanced experience designing and managing workflows withn8n.Experience with other automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar tools. Ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant automation architectures. Experience integrating multiple tools and platforms via APIs and webhooks. Strong analytical mindset to debug, optimize, and document automation systems. Technical SkillsBasic to intermediate proficiency inJava Script.Nice-to-have experience with: Python (for scripting, data processing, AI workflows) PHP (for integrations or CMS-related use cases) Comfortable working with REST APIs, JSON, authentication flows, and webhooks. Familiarity with version control systems (Git/Git Hub) is a plus. Experience building and maintaining website components and marketing pages, with the ability to connect front-end elements to automation workflows, APIs, and AI services. Data, Analytics & Experimentation Strong data-driven mindset with experience in: Marketing analytics Campaign performance analysis Experiment design and A/B testing Ability to turn data into insights and actionable automation logic. Work Policy for Barcelona This is a on site position based at the Aticco Bogatell coworking space in Barcelona. Employees working from the Barcelona office must spend 1 full week at the San Vito dei Normanni (Italy) office every 2 months (i.e., at least 6 times per year). The travel schedule will be defined in agreement with the manager. Expenses: 100% of travel and accommodation expenses are reimbursed by Spoki.
