Job DescriptionWe're hiring Join our team as an Experienced IT Support Technician (2nd Line / Desk Side Support) based at our client's site.We're looking for a proactive, hands‑on professional with solid networking and infrastructure support skills who can provide top‑notch customer service, resolve tickets efficiently, and deliver smart hands support for on‑site and remote issues.Key areas of responsibilityRespond to IT related Requests and Incident calls in Service Now.Correctly create Tech Hub visit tickets, track incidents and IMAC tickets in a timely and accurate manner in Service Now.PC (Desktops/Laptops) – Hardware and Software Troubleshooting.Portable devices – iPhone, iPad, Windows Tablet.Diagnose printer hardware and software, and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions.Resolve Microsoft operating system issues and errors (from Windows XP up to Windows 10/11).Good knowledge of networking essentials and troubleshooting skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (up to Office 365).Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory user and computer management.Provide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and software.Some hardware support experience required e.g., installing memory/disk drives.Support the call center with "on the fly" information relating to open cases.Ability to train, understand, and comply with customer safety standards and requirements.Job RequirementsPersonal QualitiesHighly flexible as some cover at alternative sites may be required on an as‑needed basis (driving license and access to vehicle essential).Adaptable, efficient, and able to work independently.Can communicate technical information to non‑technical audiences.Strong sense of customer service.Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.Good organizational skills.Proactive in resolving potential problems.Can follow verbal and written instructions and investigate resolutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask.Team focused.Punctual, both for daily work and scheduled customer appointments.Ideal QualificationsCompTIA A+ (preferred).CompTIA Network+ (preferred).What’s nextIt’s best to apply today, because job postings can be taken down and we wouldn’t want you to miss this opportunity.
