We’re continuing to grow as a company, so we’ll be looking for you to will play an important role in the management, oversight, and improvement of the end-to-end recruitment process. This position is ideal for someone looking to move in house from an agency.**Main Responsibilities:****Manage Full Recruitment Lifecycle**Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned business areas, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.**Partner with Hiring Managers**Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by understanding workforce needs, providing market insights, and supporting effective hiring decisions.**Source High-Quality Candidates**Use direct sourcing methods (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, job boards) to attract and engage top talent for specialist and high-volume roles.**Ensure Process Compliance**Maintain accurate records in the ATS (e.g. Workday), ensure compliance with GDPR and local employment regulations, and support internal audit requirements.**Promote Employer Brand**Support recruitment marketing and employer branding activities to position Apex Group as an employer of choice in Luxembourg and the wider EMEA region.**Manage Candidate Experience**Deliver a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.**Collaborate with HR & TA Teams**Work closely with regional and global Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR Business Partners, and Shared Services to ensure aligned and consistent practices.**Contribute to Process Improvement**Identify and implement improvements in recruitment practices, tools, and reporting to drive efficiency and effectiveness.**Report on Recruitment Metrics**Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, pipeline status, offer acceptance rate) to support data-driven decision making.**Skills Required:*** 2+ years of experience in a Recruitment Agency or Talent Acquisition, ideally within the financial services, professional services, or corporate environment.* Proven track record managing the full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.* Experience recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles across a range of functions (e.g. finance, operations, legal, technology, compliance).* Prior exposure to high-volume or multi-country recruitment is an advantage, particularly within EMEA.* Demonstrated success building strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners (e.g. agencies, job boards).**What You Will Get In Return:*** A unique opportunity to be part of an expanding global business* Exposure to all aspects of the business* Working directly with an external client portfolio* The ability to apply all technical knowledge to practical scenarios* Competitive renumeration package.Disclaimer: Unsolicited CVs sent to Apex (Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Managers) by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position.
