The Commercial Systems unit has several engineering teams. The Business Systems team is responsible for systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and several others. Working as a Salesforce Administrator you will deliver first‑class experience to Canonical business operations. Location: Remote in the EMEA region. Responsibilities Develop engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems. Collaborate with colleagues on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews. Learn Canonical business processes. Depending on seniority, coach, mentor, and offer career development feedback. Develop and evangelise great engineering and organisational practices. What we are looking for in you Exceptional academic track record from high school and university. Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling alternative narrative. Track record of going above and beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results. Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems. Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills. Result‑oriented, with a personal drive to meet commitments. Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events up to two weeks long. Nice‑to‑have skills Performance engineering and security experience.
