Funciones Gestión integral de proyectos SAP dentro de un servicio AMS, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, alcance y calidad. Coordinación de equipos técnicos y funcionales SAP. Interlocución con el cliente del ámbito sanitario público y con los distintos stakeholders del proyecto. Seguimiento y control de incidencias, evolutivos y correctivos conforme a los procesos ITIL. Planificación, supervisión y validación de entregables del proyecto. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio (SLA) establecidos. Elaboración de informes de seguimiento y reporting del estado del servicio/proyecto. Requisitos Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Superior de Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Informática, o Licenciatura en Física, Matemáticas o titulaciones asimilables. Experiencia mínima de 3 años en la gestión de proyectos SAP ERP ECC 6.00. Experiencia mínima de 1 año en la gestión de proyectos SAP ERP en el ámbito Público de Salud. Certificación oficial SAP en alguno de los módulos SAP incluidos en la licitación. Certificación ITIL.
