Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Overseas Sales Manager to lead international market development in the photovoltaic and energy storage sectors. The ideal candidate has a strong background in overseas sales, excellent cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to independently drive market expansion. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement overseas regional sales strategies, including annual and quarterly sales targets. Monitor sales performance, oversee execution, and ensure achievement of sales volume, revenue, and collection goals. Manage the full international sales process: customer acquisition, contract negotiation, logistics coordination, and after-sales support. Build and maintain strong relationships with key global customers and strategic partners. Conduct market research and analyze global industry trends, policies, competition, and customer needs. Prepare market reports and provide insights to support strategic planning and product development. Participate in international exhibitions and support new regional market research as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of overseas sales experience in the new energy sector (photovoltaics or energy storage preferred). Proven ability to develop new markets independently with strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills. Good understanding of PV/energy storage technology, global industry trends, and international trade processes and regulations. Strong execution capability, team coordination skills, and adaptability to cross-time-zone work. xcskxlj High level of professionalism, resilience under pressure, and excellent communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience working with distributors or EPC clients in international markets Multilingual proficiency (a plus, but not mandatory) Familiarity with CRM systems and international sales tools
