We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dutch Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team in Barcelona . This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about digital marketing, particularly Google Ads . In this role, you will assist in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for Dutch-speaking clients, helping them achieve business goals through paid search advertising.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns for Dutch-speaking clients.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, ensuring campaigns are meeting performance targets.
- Work alongside senior team members to optimize campaigns, adjusting bids, targeting, and ad copy for better performance.
- Assist in the creation of ad copy, keywords, and other assets for Google Ads campaigns.
- Help create reports on campaign performance, analyzing results and providing recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads updates and best practices to ensure campaigns are effectively optimized.
- Support the team with troubleshooting campaign issues and providing solutions to enhance campaign performance.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure clients receive high-quality service and results.
- Native Dutch speaker (spoken and written).
- Basic understanding of Google Ads products (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in data-driven marketing.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and develop your skills in this field.
- English proficiency at a basic or intermediate level is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Google Ads certification is a plus but not required.
- Prior experience in digital marketing or Google Ads is a plus but not essential.
