We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic German Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team in Barcelona . In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns for our German-speaking clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to start a career in digital marketing and Google Ads products, with room for growth and development in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
If you have a strong command of the German language and a keen interest in digital marketing, this role will allow you to work with a talented team and develop valuable skills in campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the setup and management of Google Ads campaigns for German-speaking clients.
- Support senior team members in optimizing campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Help create ad copy, keywords, and other assets for Google Ads campaigns.
- Participate in reporting and analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns are aligned with clients’ business goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on Google Ads products, industry trends, and best practices.
- Assist in troubleshooting campaign issues and finding solutions to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Native or fluent in German (spoken and written).
- Basic understanding of Google Ads products (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing in digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
- English proficiency at a basic or intermediate level is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in digital marketing or Google Ads is a plus but not required.
