This role focuses on boosting customer retention and expansion by designing and executing high‑impact initiatives for the German market. About the Role We are seeking a hands‑on, all‑around marketer to own Customer Marketing initiatives in Germany, both strategic and operational. Initially, you will focus on understanding our customer base, adapting global strategies to the local market, and securing early wins through targeted campaigns, success stories, webinars, events, and upsell‑driving initiatives. As you grow, you’ll take full ownership of the German Customer Marketing roadmap, impacting retention, product adoption, and expansion. Responsibilities Drive Customer Expansion & Product Adoption Generate qualified upsell & cross‑sell opportunities through targeted, high‑impact campaigns. Boost product usage & engagement with tailored content, journeys, and product‑focused initiatives. Own KPIs and performance tracking, ensuring every action contributes to revenue impact. Lead Local Customer Marketing Campaigns. Adapt global strategies to the German market and propose high‑value local initiatives. Plan and execute 360º campaigns (email, webinars, landing pages, in‑product communications). Manage live events, including 2 yearly in‑person events, to strengthen engagement and brand affinity. Build Customer Insights & Cross‑Functional Alignment. Conduct customer interviews and gather insights to guide messaging and identify opportunities. Create success stories and advocacy content that elevate trust and highlight customer impact. Collaborate with AMs, PMM, and market teams to align priorities and shape the Customer Marketing roadmap. Qualifications A versatile, hands‑on marketing specialist with experience executing multi‑channel campaigns (email, webinars, events, content). Fluent in German and English, written and spoken, with a tech‑savvy mindset and comfort using CRM and analytics tools. Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing, ideally in customer, lifecycle, or retention‑focused roles. Strong email marketing skills and ability to build workflows, define KPIs, and measure results (HubSpot is a big plus). Excellent communicator, able to create content in different formats with clarity and conversion in mind. Bonus Skills Experience organizing in‑person events or live activations (2+ per year). Background in customer‑facing or lifecycle roles, understanding the full customer journey. Ability to create landing pages, success stories, or community‑driven initiatives.
