Document solutions and collaborate with the team to continuously improve support processes. What We're Looking For Fluency in Italian/French. Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware/software issues (full training provided). Passion For Helping Others And Strong Problem-solving Skills. Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow. Bonus: Prior IT support experience and familiarity with smart home devices.
