We are seeking a proactive Digital Transformation Specialist to help drive our digital initiatives, optimize processes, and implement technology solutions that enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with business units to identify opportunities for digital innovation and support the execution of transformation projects.Key Responsibilities: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for digital improvement. Support the implementation of digital tools, platforms, and automation solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on digital initiatives. Monitor digital project progress and report on KPIs and impact. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend relevant solutions. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, or related roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills. Proficiency in digital tools, workflow automation, and project management software. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or cloud-based platforms. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies or digital adoption frameworks.
