Capitole Consulting sigue creciendo y queremos hacerlo contigo Estamos buscando un/a Scrum Master con +5 años de experiencia en el rol y sólido background técnico. ¿Te integrarás en un equipo multidisciplinar donde ayudarás a los equipos a mejorar la eficiencia en el proceso de entrega. Deberás conocer tanto metodología Scrum como Kanban y poseer experiencia en ambas. 6-10 años de experiencia en entornos IT, con al menos +5 años como Scrum Master en organizaciones complejas o de gran escala, liderando múltiples equipos de desarrollo y QA en paralelo, preferentemente en entornos de alta demanda. ~ Sólido background técnico (desarrollo, infraestructura o DevOps) y conocimiento práctico del ciclo de vida del software, prácticas CI/CD y entornos DevOps. ~ Dominio de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), incluyendo la facilitación de ceremonias, gestión del backlog junto al Product Owner y seguimiento de KPIs de entrega (velocidad, lead time, burndown, etc.). ~ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación tanto en español (C1) como en inglés (B2-C1), liderazgo y colaboración con equipos técnicos y de negocio. ~ Certificaciones ágiles valoradas (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP o equivalentes). Modalidad 100% teletrabajo, idealmente desde Madrid ya que asistirás ocasionalmente a la oficina. Horario flexible de lunes a jueves y jornada intensiva los viernes. Presupuesto de 1.200€ anuales en formación individual para que lo utilices en lo que tú quieras (eventos tecnológicos, libros, formaciones, certificaciones etc.). · Seguimiento con tu equipo todos los meses para tener un continuo feedback. · Flexibilidad horaria para ayudarte a conciliar tu vida profesional / familiar. · Seguro médico privado pagado íntegramente por Capitole. · Retribución flexible (tickets restaurante, transporte y/o guardería). · No te puedes perder la fiesta de verano o la cena de Navidad · Tendrá que cumplir las políticas de seguridad y las políticas internas de la empresa y del cliente. -
