Elaborate and track the yearly training plan adapting it to the budget and real needs. Report KPIs weekly and monthly to the Plant Manager. Analyze and track the annual plant P&C Budget in coordination with the GLF & Finance. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Business Administration. ~ 7+ years of experience in HR, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and talent development. ~ Strong knowledge of local employment laws. ~ The manufacture of wind energy plants in the onshore segment has been our core competence and passion for around 35 years.
