You bring precision, ownership, and a passion for smooth processes — and in return, you’ll find a collaborative environment where you can make a visible impact every day.If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy cross-functional collaboration, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences, this is your opportunity to shine.More about the roleProcess and validate customer orders in SAP R3, ensuring timely and accurate deliveriesCoordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order or delivery issuesEnsure compliance with export regulations and prepare required export documentationCommunicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, and shipmentsArrange global transportation in close collaboration with our distribution centerMonitor and track international shipments to ensure safe and on-time arrivalSupport return processing and generate necessary documentationContribute to departmental projects and maintain up-to-date process documentationMore about youCompleted commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification3+ years of experience in order management and exportStrong knowledge of export regulations and documentationProficient in SAP (Order-to-Cash, returns, logistics) and Microsoft OfficeFluent in German (B2 or higher) and good English skills (B1 or higher)Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and the ability to stay focused under pressureNice to have:Certification in foreign trade or dangerous goods (IATA)Experience in an international companyAdditional languages such as Spanish or FrenchMore about what we offerAs one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
