Support consolidation of group financials across multiple entities Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Perform variance analysis and provide management insights. Collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, and FP&A teams to ensure data consistency. Participate in audits and liaise with external auditors. Drive improvements in reporting processes and systems. Required Hard Skills and Education At least 2-3 years of experience as a Financial Reporting Specialist or in a similar role ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or another relevant qualification (may be in progress) Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in preparing financial statements and managing general ledgers Experience working with external auditors and consultants Proficiency in accounting software; experience with ERP system implementation is a plus Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures Fluency in English is required; Russian is a plus Experience working across different jurisdictions is a plus From your first day: Competitive salary based on experience and skills Healthy lunches from our catering partners (gluten‑free, lactose‑free, vegetarian, and vegan options available).
