We are about to scale manufacturing to 100 units yearly, and are looking to match the sales accordingly. As farmers are going to rely on these vehicles for many years to come, testing is of utmost priority. You will operate and test the vehicle in the field, lead demos, and close the loop with engineering. With this, they were able to open up shop in a 1200 m² facility in Valencia, with 300 m² of natural‑light office and a 900 m² workshop. The team is young, comes from different backgrounds, and loves to have team bbqs, but share one aim: shape Europe’s agriculture and defence with machines that do real work. Run field tests and customer demos on varied terrain up to 40km/h, including night and tele‑operation. Address defects and track fixes with engineering looking to fix customer issues. You will support customer training. Manage key partnerships across agriculture, defence and test facilities. Test engineer or operator in hardware/UGV/EV; or electrical engineering with strong field bias. basic welding/grinding; confident with meters, hand tools and rigging. Strong analytical writing and IT literacy. Disciplined field testing, logging and defect reporting. Fluent English and Spanish required. Full‑time Production Manufacturing
