Manufacturing Solutions Sales Specialist - HPE NonStop (f/m/d) HPE NonStop is a hybrid role with an expectation of working an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office. We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to spearhead new business development in the discrete manufacturing sector. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology, enabling you to engage credibly with business and application stakeholders within manufacturing organizations. You will lead the sales strategy for a full-stack solution that combines HPE NonStop Compute Server infrastructure, platform management, optional hosting, and a Smart Manufacturing Execution System (MES) application layer. This solution integrates with ERP systems and suppliers to drive efficiency, quality, digital twin capabilities, and paperless factory operations, aligned with Industry 4.0 initiatives. Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for manufacturing solutions Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities within discrete manufacturing companies in these regions. Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position our solution effectively. Drive adoption of HPE GreenLake as-a-Service pricing models for cloud-like consumption. Proven track record in solution selling to manufacturing companies. Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing processes, terminology, and pain points. Ability to articulate value propositions around Industry 4.0, MES, and digital transformation. Familiarity with ERP integration, factory scheduling, and smart manufacturing concepts. Fluency in English and other local languages, ideally German.
