We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive and embed technology, systems, and process change across a fast-growing, Private Equity–backed technology business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-velocity environments, is confident making decisions with minimal oversight, and can shape and own the change agenda end-to-end.In a period of significant scale-up, digitalisation, and operational optimisation, you will be responsible for designing and delivering change frameworks, ensuring adoption of new tools and processes, and partnering with senior leaders across Technology, Product, Operations, and Finance.Key Responsibilities Change Leadership & StrategyDevelop and implement a practical, scalable Change Management Framework across the business.Own the overarching change roadmap for IT/Tech transformation initiatives.Lead technology-related change (Google Workspace, Slack, SAP modules, Jira, MyService Desk, SaaS platforms, automation tools, security upgrades).Advise senior leadership on change risks, readiness, adoption challenges, and communications strategy.Oversee and coordinate multiple concurrent change initiatives across IT, operations, engineering, and shared services.Partner with project managers, product leads, and engineering teams to ensure change components (training, comms, adoption, governance) are fully integrated into project planning.Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and change readiness analysis.Ensure new systems/processes are successfully embedded, measured, and supported.Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Act as the central point of contact for all matters related to change across the organisation.Build strong relationships with functional leaders in Barcelona and across global teams.Create and deliver engaging communication plans, training materials, workshops, and playbooks.Support operating model evolution as the company scales.Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve customer/user experience, and strengthen internal processes.Governance & Measurement Establish KPIs and metrics to track adoption, business readiness, and change impact.Report progress to the C-suite and PE stakeholders.Ensure compliance with internal controls during system and process changes.Experience & Skills Required 5+ years’ experience in technology or enterprise change management, ideally in a scale‑up, PE-backed, or high‑growth environment.Strong understanding of IT/Tech tooling (Google Workspace, Slack, SAP, Jira, Confluence, MyService Desk or similar).Proven ability to deliver change across both technical and non-technical teams.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.Ability to work autonomously, comfortable leading the change agenda with limited oversight.Strong communication skills (written and verbal), able to translate technical change into business-friendly narrative.#J-18808-Ljbffr
