Johnson Controls manufactures, configures, and installs an unmatched range of Fire Suppression systems including sprinklers, valves, extinguishers, agents, special hazards systems, related components, and fittings.**What you will do**As a vital member of our Fire Suppression team, you will provide essential design services, estimations, technical support, and training for our advanced Fire Suppression Products. Collaborating closely with Sales, Inside Sales teams, customers, and distributors, you will ensure our clients receive the best advice on product applications and compliance with design standards, making a significant impact on their safety and success.Location: Barcelona or Madrid**How you will do it*** Act as a trusted advisor, assisting sales and customers in the proper application, installation, and maintenance of our systems, ensuring alignment with relevant standards.* Generate project-related design examples and calculations to support sales, preparing accurate quotations based on predefined conditions.* Create detailed product bills of materials upon request from the Sales & Inside Sales Departments.* Interpret and review technical specifications, applying the appropriate standards and regulations.* Produce system drawings and hydraulic calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.* Analyze customer needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations.**What we are looking for…*** Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.* Proficient in English, with strong communication skills. Additional language would be valuable.* Experience with AutoCAD.
