Modalidad: 100% remoto Tipo de contrato: Indefinido Jornada: Tiempo completo Sobre el puesto En SOTEC Consulting – Astek Group , estamos en búsqueda de perfiles con al menos 3 años de experiencia trabajando con Python para diseñar e implementar arquitecturas basadas en microservicios. Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener microservicios utilizando Python y marcos como FastAPI. Contenerizar aplicaciones usando Docker, gestionar servicios con Docker Compose y desplegar mediante Kubernetes (pods, implementaciones, servicios, configmaps, secretos). Gestionar pipelines de CI/CD y colaborar con equipos de DevOps para asegurar una entrega y operación fluida. Monitorizar y solucionar problemas de sistemas en producción, asegurando alta fiabilidad y rendimiento. Escribir código limpio, mantenible y bien documentado con cobertura de pruebas automatizadas. Fuertes habilidades de desarrollo en Python y profundo entendimiento de arquitecturas back-end. Experiencia comprobada diseñando e implementando microservicios usando FastAPI, REST/gRPC y estándares OpenAPI. Experiencia práctica con Docker y flujos de trabajo de contenerización. Experiencia práctica trabajando con Kubernetes (pods, servicios, implementaciones, configmaps, secretos). Familiaridad con buenas prácticas de ingeniería de software: control de versiones, pruebas, revisiones de código y CI/CD . Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés (nivel B2). Experiencia con AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway). Familiaridad con herramientas y prácticas de DevOps: GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, Terraform, CDK. Exposición a servicios de IA/ML/GenIA y despliegue de modelos de ML como APIs. Experiencia trabajando en industrias reguladas (por ejemplo, servicios financieros). Participación en proyectos innovadores y de alto impacto. Planes de desarrollo profesional y formación continua.
