Asegúrese de comprender todas las responsabilidades y tareas asociadas a este puesto antes de continuar.This position is based fully on-site at our Barcelona office.Join one of the fastest-growing global automotive brands leading innovation in Europe.Contribute to high-impact projects—your voice and strategy will define how the brand is perceived.Competitive executive-level compensation and long-term career development opportunities.ResponsibilitiesAssist the PR Director in developing and executing government affairs and public relations strategies to support corporate objectives.Monitor political, regulatory, and industry developments that may impact the company's operations and provide timely analysis and recommendations.Coordinate public relations campaigns, media communication, and crisis management initiatives.Organize government visits, press conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events to enhance brand image and stakeholder engagement.Support policy advocacy, lobbying efforts, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.Manage PR team operations, supervise daily tasks, and provide professional training and guidance.Collaborate with internal departments (legal, compliance, marketing, ESG) to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with regulations.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, International Relations, or related fields.10+ years of experience in government affairs and public relations, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.Strong network and proven experience in dealing with government agencies, media, and public institutions.Strong crisis management and media handling capabilities.Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan; Chinese is a plus.Experience in multinational corporations or automotive/industrial sectors preferred.High integrity, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work under pressure.Benefits / OpportunitiesStrategic leadership exposure and direct collaboration with global management.xcskxljOpportunity to build and lead public affairs impact in one of Europe's most innovative automotive brands.#J-18808-Ljbffr
