What You’ll Do Activities may vary depending on the individuals supported and the existing workload, and support assignments may change at any time. Provide high‑level executive support for assigned partners and other BCG departments as required: agenda and travel coordination, maintain partner’s calendar; schedule, coordinate and confirm appointments, interviews and meetings, anticipating problems in advance; make complicated travel arrangements. Communication: answer and screen telephone calls and take messages, type correspondence, proposals, reports and other documents, establish and maintain necessary filing systems for assigned partners, client contacts over phone and e‑mail, setting up meetings, status follow‑up, building relationships, maintain client‑ and other mailing lists in close coordination with the Marketing department, contacts with outside vendors as appropriate, being able to negotiate prices and proposing best options. Organise and attend meetings and conferences as appropriate: scheduling participants, booking meeting rooms, arranging for special equipment and meeting room set‑up, ordering and setting up beverages and/or meals, capable of organising the event from beginning to end with the support of local departments involved. Budget and invoice assistance: assist with invoices and billing, assist with budget tracking and other financial follow‑up. Team contribution: coordinate and cooperate with other EAs to ensure that work is completed to highest standard and quality, support and back up other members of the EA team, interaction with other functions within own local office, as well as the larger BCG community. What You’ll Bring Basic Job Requirements Fluent English and Spanish, both oral and written. Other languages will be valued. Preferably graduated from a Secretary School or FP. Strong organizational skills and affinity with IT supporting tools. Good knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs. Ability to combine a hands‑on attitude with attention to detail and strong analytic skills. Interest in learning BCG systems and processes. Additional Info Preferably graduated from a Secretary School or FP. FP de grado superior en Administración y Finanzas FP de grado superior en Asistencia a la Dirección. Vocational training certificate, or equivalent, and provide a photocopy. No more than 3 years since obtaining the degree (5 years for candidates with disabilities). For foreign degrees, the period starts from the date of recognition in Spain. Cannot have worked under a training contract (convenio) in the company for more than 3 months, except for required curricular internships. Must not have worked under an internship contract for over 1 year at any company (work history required). Must hold a valid work permit for the entire internship period.
