Engineering Excellence: Lead and conduct engineering analyses, studies, and calculations on key technical aspects. Innovate: Initiate and drive innovation with a focus on cutting-edge technology. Strategic Advisory: Serve as a technical advisor for product strategy, development, risk, and stakeholder management. Effective Communication: Professionally document and communicate with all company functions, from the shop floor to the board level. Your Profile Educational Background: Degree in engineering, applied science, or equivalent. Industry Experience: Several years of industrial experience in research and development, ideally with complex systems. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of engineering analyses, studies, and calculations in wind turbine technology. Collaborative Spirit: High degree of flexibility to work with all areas of the company in international and diverse teams. Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with advanced proficiency in English and German or Spanish. Proactive and Decisive: Hands-on mentality with a strong decision-making personality. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in common IT tools such as MS Office and MS Project. Why join us?
