Join us, the future is ours to shape Job Summary The STEP Country Deployment - LabVantage – LabVantage is responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership in the deployment and optimisation of LabVantage in the context of STEP. The incumbent oversees cross-functional teams, manages key vendor relationships, and ensures that LabVantage is deployed on according to the STEP country deployment roadmap closely aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives and industry best practices. Your Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee the end-to-end implementation and deployment lifecycle forLabVantage&Scitarain alignment with STEP timelines and the country deployment plan,including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, andhypercaresupportand technology governance. Lead and manage the governance and operational activities forLabVantageandScitaraacross multiple regions and departments. Direct and inspire a team to consistently deliver high-quality services and technical support forLabVantageandScitara. Oversee the integration and continuous optimisation ofLabVantageandScitarato enhance business processes, drive operational efficiency, and support digital transformation. Establish andmaintainstrong relationships withLabVantage&Scitarato ensure delivery of robust, secure, and scalable solutions and services. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices within the Laboratory and technology landscape. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, keeping abreast of technological advancements to support ongoing organisational growth. Engage proactively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure that solutions effectively address business needs. What you’ll bring to the role: Experience: 10+years of experience inproject delivery and/orapplication management or IT serviceswithin a multinational organization. Key skills include strategic planning, financial acumen, and team leadership. GxPand CSV provenmethodologyknowledge Experience as a LIMS Deployment leadin Pharma Industryinseveralmanufacturing sites(roll-outs). LIMS Integration with other systems experience in Pharma Industry (SAP, Veeva, etc) Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into data and system requirements. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a collaborative team culture. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change and innovation. Experience in managing global projects and working in diverse cultural environments. Proficiencyin using advanced software tools and platforms relevant to the job. Experience with ITIL frameworks and other service management methodologies. Core Competencies Bachelor’s degree inComputerScience,Industrial Engineering,Information TechnologyBusiness Administration,or related field; (Master’sdegree ispreferred) Expert knowledge and experience inkeyLaboratoryproducts (e.g.LabVantageLIMS;ScitaraorOtherLIMS)and in the implementation andoperationsof those. Certification in project management methods (Agile, ITIL, Prince 2, PMI) is a plus. Certification inLaboratoryproducts is a plus.
