AI Learning Designer - EdTech (French fluent) – Paradox EN At Paradox, we’re building a new category – an ecosystem that fuses neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral transformation to create learning experiences that feel alive, cinematic, and deeply human. This role is not a regular Learning Design job; it offers the chance to redefine what learning feels like: to craft experiences inside the OS for Human Greatness Augmented with AI. Your Mission Learning Experience Architecture  - Own the full learning system, from architecture to execution. Design the journey, not just the content and lesson. Script learning experiences that engage both heart and brain; each word, exercise, and soundscape serves transformation. Ensure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem: Loops, PX Agents, Protocols, Membership. Craft a premium, high‑impact course experience. Co‑craft courses with experts and top performers, translating their genius into cinematic, science‑based learning journeys. Lead end‑to‑end design of the course, from strategy to final content delivery. Own scripting, copywriting, and creation of educational assets (modules, assessments, reflection prompts, supplemental materials). Conduct desk and user research to inform course goals, learner personas, curriculum structure. Craft AI conversations and loops; write and optimize prompt chains, refine tone and flow until each exchange feels human. Review conversations with AI to refine agents. Analyze, measure, iterate for transformation and stickiness: define KPIs, iterate on course using learner data, feedback, performance metrics. Investigate user problems, talk to users weekly, analyze patterns, identify where transformation breaks. Apply habit formation, self‑determination theory, behavioral triggers to drive daily practice and retention. Ideal Candidate Experience 3–6 years as Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred). Shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end, with measurable results. Comfortable with AI tools and Figma. Proven track record of designing and delivering digital learning experiences across video, written articles, assessments, interactive experiences, etc. Portfolio of cinematic / narrative‑rich courses or learning programs. Traits Craft‑obsessed: doer mentality, bias for outcomes, works beyond 9‑5. Strong writing skills; editorial thinker producing high‑quality content. Strong aesthetic sensibility, cares how the course feels. User and impact obsessed; focuses on outcomes. Critical thinker who can turn vague problems into hypotheses, challenge assumptions, rebuild grounded in data. Digital and AI savvy; able to build AI Agents or ready to learn. Languages French : Native. English : Fluent spoken and written; written communication primarily in English.
