Position Overview Learning Product Designer – AI × EdTech (French fluent) at Paradox EN . Full‑time, located in Dubai, Paris, Lisbon, or remote worldwide. Responsibilities Architect the full learning system, from design to execution, ensuring every feature supports the Paradox ecosystem. Design engaging learning journeys—space, flow, tone, interactivity—with a focus on transformation rather than content. Script narrative‑rich experiences that combine psychology, storytelling, and product design. Own copywriting, prompt engineering for AI agents, and creation of educational assets (modules, assessments, soundscapes). Conduct user research, analyze patterns, iterate on designs, and apply behavioural science to drive daily practice and retention. Collaborate with coaches, filmmakers, and technical teams to develop AI‑powered coaching cycles and adaptive loops. Define KPIs of transformation, measure outcomes, and iterate based on data. Maintain a craft‑obsessed mindset, delivering work beyond 9‑5 with a bias for outcomes. Primary Missions Learning Experience Architecture – own end‑to‑end design of courses and modules. Co‑create premium courses with experts, ensuring a cinematic, science‑based learning journey. Write and optimise 1:1 coaching conversations, prompt chains, and AI agents. Identify and solve user problems; analyse data to refine experiences continuously. Qualifications 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, coaching, or transformational education preferred). Proof of delivering at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results. Proficiency with Figma, AI tools, and mainstream design workflow. Portfolio of cinematic or narrative‑rich courses/learning programs. Strong editorial skills and high‑quality content creation for external audiences. Desired Traits Craft‑obsessed, doer mentality, and strong writing talent. Aesthetic sensibility focused on user experience. Outcome‑oriented, user‑ and impact‑obsessed mindset. Critical thinker capable of hypothesis‑driven design and data‑backed iteration. Digital and AI savvy; ability to build or learn AI agents. Languages French: native.
