Overview We are looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our growing UX team. You will focus on designing and delivering B2C and B2B digital products for multi-account clients, helping to improve the user experience while adding real business value. You will work end to end within agile squads, with direct client visibility and full ownership of your work. This role requires not only strong design skills, but also the ability to present, explain, and defend design decisions, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and actively contribute to product outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Design, Development, SEO, and CRO teams, creating high-quality design solutions from concept to final interface, primarily on web platforms and conversion-oriented landing pages. Responsibilities Collaborate with Design, Product, Research, Content, SEO, CRO, and Development teams to seamlessly integrate design throughout the product development process within an agile (Scrum) environment. Work end to end on digital products, from understanding user and business needs to delivering final UI solutions, including information architecture, navigation models, and interaction design. Create low-, mid-, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma to validate concepts, iterate quickly, and support development. Design web experiences and landing pages focused on conversion, ensuring usability, clarity, and business impact. Produce interaction design, icon design, and detailed UI specifications aligned with design systems and best practices. Communicate, document, and present design decisions effectively to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding. Actively participate in agile squads, taking ownership of your work and collaborating closely with the rest of the team. Work with design team members and stakeholders to identify data-driven product opportunities (analytics, A/B tests, heuristics, user feedback) that create value for both users and the business. Use and contribute to the evolution of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across digital products. Give and receive continuous feedback to improve design quality and team collaboration. Qualifications 3–4 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or Product Designer, ideally in digital agencies. Strong experience in web design, interaction design, and digital product design (not just static assets). Solid knowledge of information architecture, user flows, and navigation models. High proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaborative workflows. Experience working in agile environments (Scrum) and using tools such as Jira. Ability to collaborate closely with development, SEO, and CRO teams. Sensitivity to digital accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design, or a clear interest in learning and applying these principles. Advanced level of English, which will be assessed during the interview process. Availability to join in January.
