Desde Luxe Talent , Consultoría Internacional de Selección y Formación de personal especializada en Moda, Lujo, Retail y FMCG, estamos buscando para uno de nuestros clientes, emblemática firma de lujo, la figura de Sales Assistant para unirse al equipo de su nueva boutique en Madrid . En nuestra consultoría de selección y formación trabajamos con distintas firmas en los sectores del Lujo, Premium y High Premium alrededor de Europa y tenemos oficinas en Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milán y Munich. Como Sales Assistant tus principales funciones serán: Alcanzar los altos estándares de atención al cliente. Asesoramiento personalizado al cliente en tendéncias y moda-lujo. Asegurar el alcance de los objetivos propuestos por la compañía. Seguimiento exhaustivo del proceso de venta. Tendrás responsabilidad sobre la creación y el manejo de CRM y las acciones de fidelización. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en un puesto de Sales Assistant / Fashion Advisor en el sector high premium - luxury Skills de venta en RTW Fuertes habilidades de venta y comunicación. Entusiasmo y motivación, gran conocimiento y/o interés por la industria de la moda y el lujo. Imprescindible nivel avanzado de inglés , cualquier otro idioma es un plus.
