Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Brand Assistant positioned in Madrid, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Brand Assistant will support brand management initiatives, collaborate on the development of branding strategies, and contribute to the implementation of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The role also involves assisting in sales efforts by providing branding support and identifying potential growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for market research, data interpretation, and strategic planning
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for internal coordination and external presentations
- Proficiency in Branding and Brand Management to help establish and maintain a strong brand identity
- Experience in Sales to provide support and identify branding opportunities that drive business growth
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of cultural and market trends specific to Spain and European markets is a plus
